11.3 ppp999 will not charge a fee for handling rights requests submitted in good faith. Where requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, ppp999 reserves the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee or decline the request, with written reasons provided.
12.1 Age verification is a mandatory step in the ppp999 account lifecycle. ppp999 enforces its 21+ minimum age policy through CNIC verification at the withdrawal stage and reserves the right to conduct age verification earlier in the account lifecycle.
12.2 Where ppp999 discovers that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21 — whether through our own detection or notification by a parent or guardian — ppp999 will immediately suspend the account, conduct a review, and where the minority is confirmed, permanently close the account and securely delete the personal data of the minor to the extent permitted by applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
12.3 Parents and guardians who believe a minor may have accessed ppp999 should contact ppp999 support immediately at [email protected]. ppp999 treats such notifications with the highest urgency and will respond within four (4) hours.

14.2 Continued use of the ppp999 platform following notification of Privacy Policy updates constitutes acknowledgement of and agreement to the updated Policy. Where the updated Policy requires your explicit consent (for example, where a new processing purpose is introduced that requires consent), ppp999 will obtain that consent before commencing the new processing activity.
