These Terms & Conditions constitute the legally binding agreement between you and ppp999 governing all use of the ppp999 platform, including the casino, sportsbook, and all associated services. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets.

ppp999 is strictly for users aged 21 and above. All account registrations undergo age verification. Accounts found to belong to minors are immediately closed and all balances forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
All financial transactions on ppp999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum deposit is Rs 100. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within the timeframes specified in Section 6 of these Terms. Currency conversion is never applied to PKR wallet balances.
All bonuses offered by ppp999 are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering conditions are met. Attempting to abuse bonus structures — including multi-accounting for bonus purposes — results in immediate account termination.
ppp999 prohibits collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting software, arbitrage strategies that exploit system errors, and any form of fraud or money laundering. Accounts found engaged in prohibited activities are permanently closed without recourse to disputed balances.
ppp999 is committed to responsible gaming. Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and may request self-exclusion at any time. ppp999 reserves the right to impose limits or close accounts where problem gambling behaviour is identified, regardless of the player's own instructions.
All disputes between a player and ppp999 are subject to the dispute resolution procedures set out in Section 12 of these Terms. ppp999's decision in disputed matters, made in good faith, is final unless successfully contested through the independent adjudication process outlined herein.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ppp999. By completing the ppp999 account registration process, by depositing funds, by placing any bet, or by accessing any part of the ppp999 Gaming Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms.
2.2 These Terms must be read in conjunction with ppp999's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion terms published on the Platform. In the event of conflict, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise expressly stated.
2.3 ppp999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via SMS to their registered Pakistani mobile number or via in-platform notification.
3.1 To access ppp999's Gaming Services, a Player must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including a valid Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and a secure password.
3.2 Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the ppp999 platform. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
3.3 Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials. ppp999 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access where such access was facilitated by the Player's failure to adequately protect their login credentials.
3.4 Account registration information must at all times reflect the Player's genuine personal details. The submission of false, fabricated, or third-party identity information is a criminal offence and will be reported to appropriate authorities. Any account found to contain false registration information will be immediately suspended.
3.5 ppp999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (CNIC, utility bills, bank statements) at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
4.1 You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register an Account and use ppp999's Gaming Services. By completing registration, you warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
4.2 ppp999 conducts age verification at the point of withdrawal and reserves the right to conduct verification at any earlier stage. Age verification requires submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC or equivalent government-issued identification document.
4.3 Where ppp999 has reasonable cause to believe a minor has accessed or is using the Platform, the Company will immediately suspend the account, conduct a full review, and — where minority is confirmed — close the account and report the matter to the relevant regulatory authorities. Any winnings accumulated by a minor account will be forfeited.
4.4 Eligibility to use ppp999 extends only to individuals who are legally permitted to engage in online gaming under the laws applicable to their jurisdiction of residence. Players are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in their jurisdiction before registering an Account.
5.1 ppp999 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Transfer, UBL Online Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change at ppp999's discretion.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 (One Hundred Pakistani Rupees). The maximum deposit amount per transaction is subject to the limits of the chosen payment method and ppp999's internal risk controls, which may be communicated to the Player within the Deposit interface.
5.3 All deposits are credited to the Player's PKR Wallet in Pakistani Rupees. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited instantly upon confirmation of the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are credited within one (1) business hour during normal banking operating hours.
5.4 Players must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in their own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting third-party deposits into a ppp999 account, is prohibited and may be treated as evidence of money laundering activity.
5.5 ppp999 does not apply any deposit fees on its end. However, certain payment providers may charge their own transaction fees — ppp999 is not responsible for such charges and recommends Players review their chosen payment provider's fee schedule.
6.1 Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and the conditions set out in this Section.
6.2 KYC verification is mandatory before the processing of any withdrawal. KYC requires submission of a clear photograph or scan of the Player's valid Pakistani CNIC (both sides) and confirmation that the registered mobile number and payment account belong to the same individual as the CNIC holder.
6.3 Withdrawal processing timeframes, measured from the point of request approval by ppp999's payments team, are as follows:
6.4 Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where ppp999's compliance team identifies indicators requiring enhanced due diligence, including unusual wagering patterns, suspected money laundering, or outstanding verification documents.
6.5 ppp999 does not impose withdrawal fees. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. VIP tier players (Gold and above) benefit from prioritized withdrawal queuing as described in the ppp999 VIP Programme Terms.
7.1 ppp999 offers various bonuses and promotions to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal restrictions.
7.2 Unless otherwise specified in promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before any portion of the Bonus Balance may be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn.
7.3 Wagering requirements must be met within the time period stated for each promotion. Uncompleted wagering at the expiry of the promotion period will result in forfeiture of the remaining Bonus Balance.
7.4 Free spins winnings are credited to Bonus Balance and subject to wagering requirements unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
7.5 ppp999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time where evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of technical errors, collusion, or other prohibited activities is identified. Balances derived from abusive bonus play may be confiscated.
7.6 Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player and per household. The ppp999 system uses device fingerprinting and IP address data in addition to identity verification to detect multiple account bonus abuse.
8.1 All bets placed on ppp999's sportsbook and casino games are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game's information panel on the ppp999 platform.
8.2 Bets on the ppp999 sportsbook are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. In the event of obvious pricing errors (palpable errors), ppp999 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Real Money Balance.
8.3 In-play (live) bets are subject to delay in acceptance. ppp999 does not guarantee acceptance of in-play bets and may decline them without obligation to the Player where market conditions have materially changed between the Player's submission and ppp999's acceptance.
8.4 Maximum bet limits apply across all gaming services at ppp999. These limits vary by game, market, VIP tier, and are subject to change at ppp999's discretion. Maximum bet limit information is displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.
8.5 ppp999 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or close accounts that display unusual wagering patterns that ppp999 reasonably determines to be indicative of professional gambling strategies incompatible with the recreational nature of the platform's offering.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the ppp999 platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
Accounts found engaged in any prohibited activity will be immediately closed. Outstanding Real Money Balances may be withheld pending investigation and will be handled in accordance with regulatory requirements.
10.1 All content on the ppp999 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, interface design, trade marks, brand identifiers, and written content — is owned by or licensed to ppp999 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the ppp999 platform for personal, recreational purposes only. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, or otherwise exploited for commercial purposes without ppp999's express written permission.
10.3 The ppp999 name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary trade marks of the Company. Unauthorized use of these marks in any context — including social media, promotional materials, or third-party websites — is prohibited.
11.1 ppp999's total liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the Real Money Balance held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.
11.2 ppp999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
11.3 ppp999 provides the Platform on an "as is" basis and does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. Planned maintenance, emergency downtime, or force majeure events may affect Platform availability. ppp999 will endeavour to notify Players of planned downtime in advance via in-platform notification or SMS.
11.4 ppp999 is not responsible for any losses incurred by a Player as a result of their gambling activity. Players acknowledge that all Gaming Services involve an element of risk and that past outcomes are not indicative of future results.
12.1 In the event of a dispute regarding any bet, game outcome, transaction, or account decision, Players must first raise the matter with ppp999's customer support team via the on-site Live Chat function or by email to [email protected] within fourteen (14) days of the disputed event.
12.2 ppp999's support team will acknowledge the dispute within twenty-four (24) hours and aim to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days. Complex disputes may require longer investigation periods, and the Player will be kept informed of progress.
12.3 Where a Player remains dissatisfied with ppp999's resolution of a dispute, the matter may be escalated to the independent adjudication body designated by ppp999's gaming license jurisdiction. Details of the relevant adjudication authority are available upon request from ppp999 support.
12.4 ppp999's decisions regarding game outcomes certified by independent RNG auditors are final and binding. Sportsbook settlement decisions made in accordance with published settling rules are similarly final, with the exception of demonstrable pricing errors subject to Section 8.2.
13.1 ppp999 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. Players may access the following responsible gaming tools at any time from within their Account settings:
13.2 Once a self-exclusion is active, ppp999 will use all reasonable technical means to prevent the excluded Player from accessing the Platform. Re-registration attempts by self-excluded Players will be declined. The minimum self-exclusion period is six (6) months.
13.3 ppp999's support team is trained to identify indicators of problem gambling and may proactively contact Players where such indicators are observed. Players who express distress, reference financial hardship in support communications, or display escalating deposit patterns may be contacted by the responsible gaming team.

14.1 ppp999's collection, storage, and use of personal data provided by Players during registration, KYC verification, and platform use is governed by ppp999's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the overall agreement between the Player and the Company.
14.2 By registering an Account, Players consent to ppp999 processing their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
14.3 ppp999 does not sell Player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law or by the conditions of ppp999's gaming license.
14.4 Players have the right to request access to their personal data held by ppp999, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of data subject to legal retention requirements. Such requests should be directed to [email protected].

15.1 ppp999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time with or without prior notice, except where material changes require advance notification under applicable regulatory requirements.
15.2 Where material changes are made to these Terms, ppp999 will notify registered Players via SMS to their registered Pakistani mobile number and/or via a prominent in-platform notification at the time of next login. Players will be required to acknowledge updated Terms before continuing to access Gaming Services.
15.3 The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any disputed event or transaction shall govern the resolution of that dispute, regardless of subsequent amendments.
15.4 It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current effective date of these Terms is displayed in the hero section of this page. Archived versions of prior Terms are available upon request from ppp999 support.
16.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ppp999's international gaming license is registered. By accepting these Terms, Players submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the dispute resolution procedures set out in Section 12.
16.2 The English language version of these Terms shall be the authoritative version. Any translation provided for convenience shall not affect the interpretation of the English language original.
16.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16.4 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game or promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and ppp999 and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements whether oral or written.
